Accidents happen and I will try and help when I can to rectify the mistake.
If the ring you have ordered contains gemstones or is gold plated, it is not a simple fix and you will need to return the item and purchase another.
If your ring is solid silver without any gemstones, I can resize it for an additional cost.
(You will be responsible for covering postage costs.)

Firstly, I would like to apologise if that has happened to you!
All pieces should be able to withstand normal wear and tear, so if there are any breakages, please get in contact and I will be able to help you out.
That being said, if the jewellery has been broken in a way that can’t be deemed ‘normal wear and tear’ then there will be a charge for repairing service.

If you live outside of the UK and would like to buy some jewels, it is absolutely possible! Just send me a message via the contact form and we can workout postage costs.

Lemon juice is a great way of bringing the shine back to brass jewellery!
Simply wipe your pieces with a little lemon juice and use the polishing cloth you are provided with to buff it.
To prevent tarnish, it is advised that you don’t wear brass jewellery when you’re coming into contact with water or sleeping. Washing your hands is fine as long as you dry them thoroughly afterwards.
Use the cloth bags provided to store your jewellery when not wearing to prevent contact with the air.

Every brass ring has been coated on the inside with a laquer to prevent contact with the finger to prevent this happening.
The laquer might not last forever, so if it starts to come away you can use clear nail polish on the inside of the ring and this will work in the same way, but may not last as long so you will have to top it up.
You can always contact me if you would like a laquer top up and I can re apply it free of charge if you cover the postage to me and back.
